FT05 Drum Pump Kit
The FT05 drum pump kit is ideal for transferring a wide variety of materials from drums. The easily installed kit converts ½”/13mm FTI Air double diaphragm pumps to an easy-to-use drum pump (pump sold separately).
Key features include:
- Manufactured from corrosion resistant materials
- Unique self-adjusting intake tube automatically adjusts to sit on bottom of drum ensuring maximum transfer of fluid
- Universal NPT/BSP/Buttress bung adapter (plastic pumps) or NPT/BSP bung adapter (metal pumps) welded to mounting plate
- Stainless steel hardware
Cycle Counter
The FTI Air Cycle Counter is an electronic device that counts pump cycles by detecting the presence of the valve carrier. The cycle counter can be universally used on any new or existing FTI Air pump with the proper air valve components.
Liquid Level Control
The FTI Liquid Level Control is a pneumatic/mechanical device that will automatically turn the pump on and off as the liquid level changes.
AODDampener
Der AODDampener ist ein speziell für Druckluftmembranpumpen entwickelter Pulsationsdämpfer aus Edelstahl mit PTFE-Membran. Er verfügt über vollautomatische Regelung und ist für eine Vielzahl an Anwendungen geeignet.
Pulsationsdämpfer
Werden zur Kompensierung von Rohrleitungsvibrationen, die Materialermüdung und Rohrbrüche verursachen, sowie zur Kompensation von Druckstößen eingesetzt. Sie sorgen für einen nahezu pulsationsfreien Förderstrom und sind in verschiedenen Werkstoffen erhältlich.
Wartungseinheit
Platzsparend durch Kompakt-bauweise. Filtert Luft bis auf fünf Mikrometer (Partikelgröße). Doppelskala: bar / psi Regelbereich von 0,5 – 8,3 bar (7,3 bis 120 psi).
SPILLSTOP
Das System arbeitet vollautomatisch und fängt ausgetretenes Medium zuverlässig auf. Darüber hinaus wird die Pumpe automatisch abgeschaltet, um Folgeschäden und den Austritt weiterer gefährlicher Substanzen zu vermeiden.
