3 - Liquid Chambers
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was used as part of the design process for maximum strength and mechanical integrity. Available in unfilled polypropylene, unfilled PVDF, 316 stainless steel and powder coated aluminum to handle the widest variety of applications.
4 - Manifolds
Single piece construction reduces chance of leakage. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) optimized fluid path for optimum fluid velocities. Same material options as liquid chambers.
5 - Center Section
Plastic pumps feature glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene (GFRPP) center section construction to decrease pump weight while providing outstanding corrosion resistance. Metal pumps offer either powder coated aluminum or GFRPP center sections to reduce weight.
6 - Shaft Bushings and Diaphragm Shaft
Located in the center section the shaft bushings and diaphragm shaft are an integral part of the air control system. Bushing utilizes internal seals manufactured from a proprietary TPE material with low friction and high resiliency to provide incredibly long wear life. The stainless steel diaphragm shaft moves back and forth in the bushing over these special seals. Slots in the shaft pilot the air valve.
7 - Diaphragms
Precision manufactured diaphragms available in a variety of materials including neoprene, Buna-N, EPDM, FKM, Santoprene ™, Hytrel®, polyurethane and PTFE.
8 - Balls & Seats
Check valve balls and seats are available in a wide range of materials to provide reliable operation in a wide variety of applications.
9 - Connections
Depending upon the model, features NPT or BSP threads or universal ANSI 150/ISO-DIN PN40 flanges. 1 ½”, 2” and 3” stainless steel pumps have a 2-piece universal ANSI 150/ISO-DIN PN40 Vanstone flange option. Connection locations include end, center horizontal and center vertical.
10 - External flanged hardware
Eliminates washers simplifying maintenance and reduces the total number of parts. All fasteners are precision torqued using calibrated tools.
11 - Mounting Feet
Slotted feet with flat bottom surfaces allow for secure installation bolting.

4 - SAUG- UND DRUCKSTUTZEN
Die einteilige Konstruktion reduziert das Risiko für Leckagen. Optimierte Fließgeschwindigkeiten durch Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
5 - MITTELBLOCK (LUFTMOTOR)
Unsere Kunststoffpumpen sind mit einem Luftmotor aus glasfaser-verstärktem Polypropylen (GFRPP) gefertigt; die Luftmotoren der Metallpumpen sind in pulverbeschichtetem Aluminium oder GFRPP erhältlich.
6 - MEMBRANWELLEN UND WELLENHÜLSEN
Für unsere Wellenhülsen werden stationäre Dichtungen aus einem speziellen TPE-Werkstoff mit geringstmöglicher Reibung und hoher Elastizität verwendet, um eine maximales Lebensdauer sicherzustellen. Die Membranwelle aus Edelstahl läuft über diese Dichtungen; das von FTI konzipierte Luftventil wird über Slots in der Welle gesteuert.
7 - MEMBRANEN
Präzisionsgefertigte Membranen in einer großen Auswahl von Materialien, einschließlich Neopren, Buna-N, EPDM, FKM, Santoprene ™, Hytrel®, Polyurethan und PTFE.
8 - KUGELN & SITZE
Ventil-Kugeln und -Sitze für die Gewährleistung eines einwandfreien und zuverlässigen Betriebs sind für unterschiedliche Anwendungen in einer breiten Palette von Materialien verfügbar.
9 - ANSCHLÜSSE
Je nach Modell sind BSP- oder NPT-Gewindeanschlüsse lieferbar, zusätzlich Universal / Vanstone ANSI 150 / ISO-DIN-PN40-Flansche. Folgende Anschluss- möglichkeiten sind verfügbar: Ende, Mitte horizontal und Mitte vertikal.
10 - SPEZIALSCHRAUBEN
Macht Unterlegscheiben überflüssig, erleichtert die Wartung und reduziert die Gesamtanzahl an Bauteilen.
11 - MONTAGEFÜSSE
Langlochaufnahme mit flacher Unterseite ermöglichen eine sichere Schraubmontage.
